Friday

8:00am – Event Opens, kegs are tapped!

8:30-9:30am – Breakfast – Pancakes, Sausage, and Eggs

12:00pm-1:00pm – Lunch – Catfish and Fries

5:00pm-6:00pm – Dinner –  Wing Cook Off with Fries

10:00pm – Shut down, close the gate, and move partying inside 

10:00pm-Whenever – Indoor party, things may get less family friendly

Saturday

8:00am – Event reopens 

8:30-9:30am – Breakfast – Pancakes, Sausage, and Eggs

11:00am – Start of Games and Events

12:00pm-2:00pm – Lunch:  People’s Choice Pulled Pork Competition (Slaw and Potato Salad provided)

5:30pm-6:30pm – Dinner:  Rib and Chicken tasting (Mac-n-Cheese and Baked Beans provided)

6:30pm – Awards Ceremony, Draw Raffle, Games Winner Announced

10:00pm – Shut down, close the gate, and move partying inside

10:00pm-Whenever – Indoor party, things may get less family friendly

Friday

8:00am – Event Opens, Kegs tapped, Griddle and Smokers fired up

8:00am-12:00pm – Smoker/Camper Setup 

5:00pm-6:00pm – Wing Cook Off

9:30pm-10:00pm – Shut down, close the gate, and move partying inside 

Saturday

8:00am – Event reopens, Griddle and Smokers fired up

9:30am – Cooks Meeting (Mandatory)

12:00pm-2:00pm – People’s Choice Pulled Pork Competition 

4:00pm – Chicken turn in 

4:30pm – Ribs turn in 

6:00pm – Meet with judges for feedback 

6:30pm – Award Ceremony 

9:30-10:00pm – Shut down, close the gate, and move partying inside 

Sunday

9:00am-12:00pm – Clean up (Breakfast will be provided)
